To The Gillmans, I really don't know where to begin. Recently I purchased a vehicle from your dealership. It was a pre-owned 2014 Altima. I am a single divorcee with a lot of apprehension when purchasing what I consider a big ticket item. Well, a couple of your team members, Anson Massey and Chuck Shelby took the sting out of that purchase. Anson Massey with his friendly, cordial and mild demeanor made me quite comfortable, immediate. He was very sensitive to my anxiousness and invited me to a cup of coffee before beginning any processes. My anxiousness was due to visiting other dealerships. Oh did I mention that I traveled from New Orleans, Louisiana passing over many Nissan Dealerships where I have family and friends that work there to arrive in Rosenberg, Texas to your dealership. After talking with Anson on the phone I knew that I had to get to Gillman. He heard what I was articulating to him and found exactly what I wanted at the right price. Once I arrived, he took the time to educate me on which vehicle would be best for me based on the criteria that I had in place. Hear me, he EDUCATED me, not pressured me. My next and final step was to go to the finance dept. There I met Chuck Shelby whose intrapersonal skills caused me to be at an even greater level of peace during our meeting. Everything went smoothly. I am truly enjoying my Altima. As we all know the Altima is an excellent product but I am enjoying it even the more because I was not pressured into making a purchase that did not suit me. As long as I have access to Anson Massey at Gillman of Rosenberg, I will always make the trip to Rosenberg to make my car purchases in the future. Not only that I am now an advocated for Gillman of Rosenberg here in New Orleans, La., especially to my females contacts.
I would like to tell you thanks and let you know that you have a customer for life because of my new friends here at Gillman! Your salesmen were so helpful and courteous, they not only sold my wife and me on a new Altima but they also helped us with every little detail of repairs and service that I have never gotten anywhere else in my life! No one else will touch our car for service or repairs, just you guys! I am going to be looking into buying another vehicle soon (probably a pickup for me) and I won't go anywhere but Gillman! We purchased a Nissan Altima from your dealership on March 26, 2010. I just wanted to let you know that we have never had a more pleasant experience while car shopping. Adam was our salesperson and you need to know how pleased we were with him. He never high-pressured us in any way but kept showing us cars until we were suddenly buying one. If we said we didn't like this or didn't want that or wanted something else he would just say, "Let's drive around and I will show you another one," and suddenly, even though we thought we were only looking, we were purchasing.
Your sales manager, Hilton, was also very easy to work with and very helpful. A few days after being there I was trying to balance the paperwork and could not so I went to the dealership and spoke with Hilton who explained it and made me understand and feel better right away. I appreciated that very much.
In over 45 years of purchasing automobiles we had never financed through a dealership but your offer of 0% financing was too tempting to turn down and working with your finance person, Luis, was very easy. He is so knowledgeable and helped us understand the process.
Even though we only now have 1110 miles on our new Nissan we are enjoying it and feel that we made the right choice.

I want to let you know what a great experience dealing with your dealership service department was. I live south of Missouri City so its a 21 mile/40 minute drive to get to your location, also passing a large Nissan dealer in the process. After receiving little or no customer centric support previously from that dealer with a previous car, I decided to try you guys. I received a coupon for an oil change so that brought me in for the 1st oil change on my son's '08 350Z and a small warranty issue. In fact you were manning the desk that day and took care of me while I waited. So based on that experience it sealed the deal that it is worth the drive out to Rosenburg.
Then 2 weeks ago I had a couple of warranty issues to address before my son headed to Lubbock for college and James Cross was our service advisor. One was an easy fix, a loose door mirror, but the other was more challenging. The weatherstrip that runs the length of the roof and down either side of the windshield was falling apart/breaking up. This part appeared to be almost impossible to find and the Nissan US parts/warranty group appeared to be lost. However due to the dedication of James and your parts room the parts were found. They went above and beyond to find the parts and James called me regularly to update the status and ensure we got it done before my son left town.
James is always bright and courteous and a pleasure to deal with and also talks to my son with equal courtesy and respect despite his young age (18). Often in your business ladies and young adults don't get treated the same way, but that is not the case at Gillman.
I have been in the service business for 28 years so I have a pretty good idea on what customer service is all about. You guys do a great job and I wanted to recognize that fact as its all to easy in today's world to only recognize the poor service and not praise the good.

I want to express my thanks and appreciation of making this purchase a hassle free experience and congratulate Gillman Nissan in Rosenberg for have such a great staff. Once I got to the dealership, the entire process was without drama. No tricks, no up-sells, no bait-and-switch, especially my salesman Bill Asare were completely professional. Wondering about the actual interaction and negotiation, not pushy in the least we arrived at a satisfactory price. It was a perfect buying experience from start to finish.
