SPONSOR This registered to win  is sponsored by Gillman of Fort Bend (DBA/Gillman Honda) and Gillman Autoplex of Fort Bend (DBA/Gillman Nissan)., a division of Gillman Companies, Houston, Texas. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Register to win at any time and substitute another promotion in its place. Sponsor is not responsible for printing in these official rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. This sweepstakes begins on Friday, May 22, 2015, and ends on Monday, May 25, 2015 at 7:59 CDT (the "Promotional Period"). WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? This register to win is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, U.S. Military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (void in Puerto Rico). Participation in this register to win constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE? Employees and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) of the Sponsor, Gillman Companies, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. HOW DO I ENTER? Enter in-person, or by mail-in entry.
METHOD: During the promotional period, register for the Giveaway by following the instructions. Enter by mailing in an entry or completing an entry in person at the following locations:  Gillman Honda Fort Bend located at 26029 Southwest Freeway, Rosenberg, Texas 77471 or Gillman Nissan located at 26001 Southwest Freeway, Rosenberg, Texas  77471. Only one entry per day is permitted. All postage or gas usages charges are the responsibility of the entrant. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems failure of any mail delivery or entry to be received by Sponsor.
MAIL-IN METHOD: Complete an official entry form or print your name, age, complete address, including zip code and phone number on a 3 1/2 " x 5" card and mail it with first class postage affixed to: Register to Win Giveaway 26029 Southwest Freeway, Rosenberg, Texas 77471.  Mail-in entries must be legible and submitted in original hand-printed form. Each entry must be mailed separately and have sufficient postage. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than submitting an Official Entry Form provided by Gillman, the Sponsor of the Register to Win, or by submitting a 3 1/2 " x 5" card as described herein, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. Limit of one entry by mail per day. All entries by mail must be received by Saturday, May 22, 2015. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All winners acknowledge that except and to the extent that the Sponsor cannot by law exempt itself from responsibility or liability, the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee described herein; including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for use. All warranties are hereby disclaimed, and the winner will accept the prize "as is". Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. HOW DO I WIN? During the Promotional Period, eligible entries received in person, and through the mail will be combined with the eligible mail entries received, to create the entry pool. The one winner will be determined by random drawing.  Drawing will be held on Monday, May 25,2015 at 8:00 P.M. at Gillman Honda, 26029 Southwest Freeway, Rosenberg, Texas 77471.  (1) Prize will be awarded.  One 2006 Saturn VUE.  Vin Number 5GZCZ33D96S848988.  Stock Number:  R151099A.  Retail Value:  $5,600.  Gillman Companies has the right to substitute prize for a similar vehicle.  Winner is responsible for all Tax, Title, License and any applicable federal or state taxes.
Prizes have no cash value. Decisions regarding all aspects of the Register to Win shall be final and binding as decided by Gillman Companies. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of entries received. Odds of winning are equal regardless of the method of entry. To obtain a Winner's List), send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope to: Gillman Register to Win, 10595 West Sam Houston Parkway South, Houston, Texas  77099.  All requests for a Winner's List must be received by May 31, 2015. If a winner declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner. By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated businesses, its advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the prize, winner grants permission to Sponsor to use winner's name, age, city, state, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval (where lawful). DISPUTES Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
