With Houston being the second largest resident veteran community in the United States, Veteran's issues hit close to home. One in three troops are diagnosed with PTSD and less than half will actually seek help. Nissan wanted the chance to give back to the veterans who gave the ultimate price to defend our freedom.

Nissan partnered with the Wounded Warrior Project to give two veterans the chance of a lifetime to journey across Alaska with a custom Nissan Titan guiding them through the intense terrain in a series called Project Titan.

Nissan asked it's Facebook fans to vote what parts should be added to the  2014 Nissan Titan that was given to the two veterans to go on missions in Alaska helping out fellow PTSD victims. Fans decided on new LED lights, heavy-duty wheels, a Wounded Warrior Project emblem embroidered on the leather seats and a military inspired digital Camo print exterior wrap.

Nissan is gearing up for the sale of its newly redesigned 2016 Titan which will be available at Gillman Nissan in the Spring of 2015.

The all-new Titan was designed with its warrior roots and is being called a "warrior of warriors." Its 31- horsepower Cummins 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel engine powers the all-new Titan and a 12,000 lb towing capacity will be offered.

Designed in California, engineered in Michigan and assembled in Mississippi, the new Nissan Titan was completely made in America.
